Nationally we are keen to hear from disabled people directly who may live in other parts of the country. This is to understand what the barriers are to taking part and indeed if people are using personal budgets for physical activity and sport. 

The NHS England Board has decided how the health service will spend its budget for the next five years, including the additional £8.4 billion funding growth announced in the November Spending Review. 

This is an opportunity for anyone with an interest in outcomes that matter to patients, especially the voluntary sector, to contribute to shaping how NHS England uses its resources to understand more of what’s important to patients,and the difference that certain procedures have on patient’s quality of life

This mandate sets out objectives to 2020, sets requirements relating to the Better Care Fund, and sets NHS England’s budget for five years.
