Talent Match 261012 - Embedding the voice and ideas of young people

We would like to thank all organisations and young people themselves who have taken the time to respond to the Big 5 questions.  The results of this survey are now being analysed and will form a significant part of our evidence of need for the development of the Prospectus.

At the Stakeholder event on the 11^th October a group of 8 young people from across the area participated in joint working groups with employers.  The session identified issues and concerns from both sides on 3 themes:

• Perceptions of one another
• Aspirations of young people and
• ‘Ready to work’ – practical actions to support employment
