As part of National Philanthropy Capital’s (NPC) work on shared measurement with the Inspiring Impact programme, they have developed the Journey to EmploymenT (JET) framework.

The shared measurement system for the youth employability sector aims to help organisations working with young people to understand how their work contributes to employability and think through their evaluation approach.

NCP have been piloting the JET tools with a number of youth organisations and produced the JET Pack to help organisations implement the JET framework. Breaking down the process into eight steps, The JET Pack aims to enable organisations to identify what to measure, decide how and when to measure and use the resulting data to learn and improve.

As well as saving organisations time and money, with the JET tools they aim to support the youth employability sector as a whole to become more effective by promoting a common understanding of what and how to measure.
