Funding opportunities for young people

The European Commission has launched the Erasmus+ website, which includes project information and the results of all projects supported by under the integrated Erasmus+ Programme for Education, Training, Youth and Sport. In addition, the UK National Agency for Erasmus+ has announced a series of tailored advice sessions for organisations across the UK to help support them through the Erasmus+ application process. The Edge Foundation Innovation and Development Fund is a new £1million grant programme supporting technical, practical and vocational learning for young people aged 11 to 24 years, providing grants of £50,000 - £100,000. The Hedley Foundation supports young people, the disabled and the terminally ill, with 70 percent of all grant awards are made in support of young people. Most grants are one-off, with an average award of £3,000. For further information visit www.hedleyfoundation.org.uk.

The Leslie Sell Charitable Trust Grant supports organisations and individuals belonging to the Scouting or Guide movement in the UK. The scheme is intended to support groups that need additional funds for repairs or equipment, but can also funds the cost of trips for individual scouts or guides.
