MOMO, a digital project that brings designers and young people together to improve their care, has created a free app for young people in care and care leavers to help them express their views and increases their knowledge, confidence and influence over their care and transition.

The project has also created Service MOMO, a package of outcome-enhancing features for services working with children and young people.

Lastly, DePaul UK, which helps young people who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, has developed new guidance, following its Making it Matter report into improving the health outcomes of young homeless people, which offers practical advice and solutions based on the experiences of young homeless people.

The guidance aims to assist Health and Wellbeing Boards, commissioners and service providers to address the complex health needs of young homeless people.
