G. Marketing and selling
Marketing and, in particular, selling skills are extremely important for any organisation. You can have the most wonderful product but if people don’t know about it and how good it is or can’t obtain it easily then there is no business or organisation. Look at businesses around you and how they sell themselves. Think about why you buy what you buy and try to think about what your customers want and what will encourage them to buy from you.
