F. Unique selling propositions and competitive advantage
Having a unique selling proposition or point is critical if you want to sell in a competitive market. It is what distinguishes you from everyone else. For example if you offer a friendly after sales service that others don’t. It is the reason why people would want to buy from you and not from someone else.
You may have other competitive advantage that you can build on, for example, your location, special relationships with key partners or low cost premises.
