How do you develop a good idea for trading?
First of all think about whether you want your trading:

Just to make money for you and it doesn’t matter what the enterprise is

OR you want to develop a service/product that benefits people or the environment in accordance with your organisation’s aims
Think about what you do now, your assets, skills and opportunities and what is needed in your community.
