Children in Need small grants
BBC Children in Need provides grants to support work with children and young people experiencing disadvantage through illness, distress, abuse or neglect any kind of disability behavioural or psychological difficulties living in poverty or situations of deprivation. Health and Social Care Volunteering Fund
The Health and Social Care Volunteering Fund focuses on helping organisations grow and develop, with project funding of up to £50,000 and a tailored capacity-building support package. The scheme is seeking projects that have potential to develop new, improved and/or streamlined systems in health and social care volunteering. Crash: Support for the Homeless
The construction and property industries' charity for homeless people provides support to organisations in England and Wales that help homeless people. To be eligible for support, organisations must be registered charities, have legal hold on the building in question and the building must be used to deliver services to homeless people or a high percentage of people who are homeless or be related to the charity's administrative functions. Cory Environmental Trust
Cory Environmental Trust in Britain is celebrating its 10th anniversary by offering one local community project the chance to secure a £100,000 grant. The Trust was set up to distribute cash raised from landfill tax to environmental or community organisations within ten miles of Cory Environmental Limited's landfill sites. Three deserving projects which reach a wide number of people will be shortlisted to present their proposals to the Trust in September, when the winning bid will be announced. Active Communities
The People's Health Trust - Active Communities Funding Programme provides grants of between £5,000 and £25,000 and is available to organisations with a yearly income of £350,000 or less and for projects that take place within a small area for a small group of people such as 20 or 30 streets or a couple of villages.
