Dangerous dogs

Research by a University of Middlesex criminologist has found that young people are increasingly using dangerous dogs to make money and protect themselves during illegal transactions such as drug deals and debt collecting.

These findings are supported by youth workers who believe dangerous dog ownership is a complicating factor in their efforts to deter young people from gang membership.
