Anti-Social Behaviour Bill report

The House of Commons Home Affairs Committee has publishes the government response to its report on the draft Anti-Social Behaviour Bill.

In reference to young people, the Government has accepted the Committee's recommendation to make Injunctions to Prevent Nuisance and Annoyance (IPNAs) to be available for a maximum of 12 months and will amend the legislation.
