NAVCA has developed a new training programme that uses the key elements from Skilling up for Stronger Voices and other NAVCA training programmes in conjunction with updated methodology that can be applied within the new world of representation. Increasing Voluntary Sector Influence is a customer focused, interactive programme that includes newly created modules and information specifically designed for both new and experienced representatives.

NAVCA and Impact International are pleased to bring to you an exciting new leadership development programme specifically for chief officers and senior managers of local support and development organisations. NAVCA’s unique and innovative programme develops the foundations of action-centred leadership with a focus on the daily realities of the chief officer/senior manager role as well as their broader capacity for leadership. Bookings are now being taken for the next open programme taking place from 24-26 April in London.
