Talent Match: Commissioning framework update

In line with the programme development plan, Groundwork have conducted the initial assessment of the first submissions of delivery partners questionnaires circulated in the last bulletin.  From questionnaires submitted by 1 December 2012 a list of 22 organisations have now been included on the Commissioning Framework and will be invited to tender for the services from March next year (subject to BLF approval of the prospectus).
