One EM has received numerous contacts from people to find out if they have missed the opportunity to get involved or if the delivery bodies have already been agreed. 

Please be assured you have not missed anything and will be able to get involved at any point through the five years of programme delivery.

Detailed information can be found in the prospectus however in summary:

• Partners listed in the prospectus are those involved in development and not necessarily involved in delivery – all delivery will be commissioned and it is envisaged by all involved that the partnership will evolve and change as the programme progresses.
• All commissioning will be undertaken by a commissioning panel of young people and non-delivery stakeholders to ensure transparency.
• Core partners will not be selected until the project commences.  Initially the core partnership will include only young people and non-delivery stakeholders.  Senior suppliers (deliverers) cannot be chosen until after the first round of commissioning has taken place to ensure transparency.
