In July 2015, the Government announced its intention to create a new independent patient safety investigation service (IPSIS) The Expert Advisory Group set up to make recommendations on how the new independent patient safety investigation service (IPSIS) should work, is seeking views and evidence from service users, families, clinical staff and anyone else working in related fields with an interest in patient safety and investigation. 

NHS England seeks patient and public voice representatives for Patient Safety Groups

The NHS England Patient Safety Team is recruiting a number of patient and public voice (PPV) representatives to the Patient Safety Expert Groups and Patient Safety Steering Group. The groups have been established to work with partner organisations on national patient safety issues.
