New learning network for housing, care and health - Deadline 8th June

The National Housing Federation and The King's Fund are offering a unique new opportunity for housing associations to participate in a tailored learning programme to support their knowledge of the health and care sectors.

The relationship between housing, health and wellbeing has never been more important and with housing associations at the forefront of innovations in joining up services, more needs to be done to share this work at a national level.

In partnership with the King's Fund, The National Housing Federation have set up a new network, offering a tailored learning programme to help you build your understanding of the health and care sectors.

The Integrated Housing, Care and Health Joint Learning Network will bring together our knowledge, networks and resources to support organisations that are keen to learn, share their achievements and find ways of turning problems into solutions. It aims to:

  • Share and consolidate learning about existing innovations and developments
  • Offer opportunities for practical and peer support
  • Gain a deeper understanding and knowledge of how NHS and social care commissioning works
  • Understand new systems and emerging models in health sector provision
  • Raise the profile of the housing sector’s contribution to better health and care outcomes.

You can read more about the network here. To apply, please complete the application form by 9am on 8 June 2015
