Guidance on impacting NHS locally through NHS Citizen

FaithAction is looking for views to help shape its guidance on impacting NHS locally through NHS Citizen, looking specifically for individuals from faith groups who have been involved directly in, or have an interest in, influencing and shaping NHS services locally. 

FaithAction have created the NHS Citizen Consultation Influencing and Shaping NHS Services survey to gather responses.
