Utlity Aid offers service utility consultancy to charities

Established in 2002, Utility Aid helps charities and not-for-profit organisations make better use of their budgets through impartial advice on how to save money and make better energy purchasing decisions. Once contacted, Utility Aid will carry out a free non obligation energy audit of the organisation, which includes:

  • An understanding of its current energy portfolio, contract end dates and relevant termination windows, VAT and invoicing anomalies, and renewal prices
  • A free and no obligation recommendation for future energy procurement, including sourced rates and an AMR savings evaluation if applicable.

To take advantage of the free audit, organisations must submit a letter of authority, to be returned on headed paper, signed and dated along with a copy bill for each of the meters an organisation is responsible for. If the organisation is supplied by Eon, they will also need the Eon Loa to be completed. The documents can be scanned and emailed to shudson@utility-aid.co.uk, faxed to 0870 112 3967 or posted to FREEPOST RSKG-JXGT-AUKC, Utility Aid Limited, 2nd Floor Offices, Solo Club, 6 Market Street, Sleaford NG34 7SF.
