Evaluating volunteer impact

Clinks, which supports VCS organisations working with offenders and their families, has developed a set of evaluation tools for volunteering projects run by VCS organisations working around the Criminal Justice System.

It includes advice on how to plan evaluation and collect the data, sample surveys and interview questions, and tools for recording and analysing the information you collect.

The tools adapt sections of the Volunteering Impact Assessment Toolkit, which was produced by the Institute for Volunteering Research and intended for use by all kinds of volunteer-involving organisations in all sectors of work.
