Talent Match - Embedding the voice and ideas of young people 021012
The Steering Group has been working with a small group of young people to develop the Big 5 questions; questions to help us share information provided by young people about what works and doesn’t work in relation to finding meaningful employment opportunities. The questions are:
- what is stopping you from working?
- what actually works in helping you find a job?
- did school or college prepare you for work and how did they do this?
- do you know what you want to do? Please let us know
- do you know what you could do? Please let us know
- do you have any other thoughts or ideas on how we could support young people into work?

We have created a Facebook page www.facebook.com/TalentMatchD2n2 for young people to have their say and get involved with the Programme. Encourage young people you are in contact with to Like it and Like it yourself too!
