European Common Strategic Framework Consultation – Third Sector Meeting – Post Event Page
Taking place on 15 November 2012 in Nottingham, the European Common Strategic Framework Consultation – Third Sector Meeting focused on third sector engagement in the 2014-2020 tranche of European Structural Funds. The event provided a unique opportunity for third sector organisations to analyse the issues and opportunities in relation to future European funding and to input into the consultation for the framework development. It also covered the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Rural Development Programmes.
The focussed event incorporating presentations, discussion on principal themes and a question and answers session, providing both an opportunity to learn about the proposed 2014 programme and consider the challenges and opportunities this raises for the third sector.
The event was delivered in collaboration between One East Midlands, the NCVO European Funding Network and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).
