Further LOGASnet update – Word now ACCEPTED for 4 ESIF calls

In response to the ongoing problem occurring with LOGASnet, Ian White (DCLG) has issued the following statement.

“We recently contacted you stating that a number of our partners wishing to submit Outline Applications for the live calls under the 2014 to 2020 European Regional Development Fund and European Social Fund Programme, have been having issues with the IT system LOGASnet. We confirmed that for those partners unable to submit applications on the IT system we decided to accept a Word version as a temporary measure. This has now been extended to cover applications for the calls for Low Carbon (closing on Wednesday 20th May) Access to Employment (closing 22nd May), Research and Innovation (27th May) and SME Support (closing 29th May).

Applicants’ first course of action should be to try to register the application on the IT system. If they have difficulties, applications must be submitted to the email address in Section 6 in each call document by the deadline set. Applications submitted after this deadline cannot be accepted. Applicants could still be expected to submit an application using the IT system once access issues are resolved and therefore all applications should adhere to the character limitations.

We are working urgently with our IT partners to identify and resolve the issue.  We expect it to be resolved soon and therefore the normal route to applying through the IT system remains in place for all other calls. Should this situation change we will let you know.”
