Infrastructure
Voluntary and community infrastructure organisations provide general or specialist support to groups in the voluntary and community sector. County and regional Consortia have drawn up Infrastructure Investment Plans to develop this infrastructure through ChangeUp. See the Infrastructure section for a description of VCS Infrastrucure in the region.
