CQC seeks ‘Tell us about your care’ partners for 2016/17
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are seeking 'Tell us about your care' partners for 2016/17 and have published an invitation to tender, inviting interested organisations to bid for this work.
Since 2012, the CQC has established funded partnerships with national voluntary organisations to gather information about people’s experiences of care. These organisations directly work with and hear from people using health and social care services, and this information is valuable to the CQC. They refer to this work as 'Tell us about your care’ partnerships.
Listening to and acting on people’s experiences of care is vital to the CQC's work. It helps us them decide when, where and what to inspect and results in better information for the public.
The CQC are now procuring for their 'Tell us about your care partnerships' in 2016/17. The invitation to tender outlines two ‘Lots’ for this procurement:
- Direct supply of CQC Share Your Experience webforms (on a continuous basis)
- Indirect supply of Share Your Experience webforms via promotion of CQC to the public
The invitation to tender will close on 27 July 2016 at 12pm.
