Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust listening event for patients and voluntary and community groups

The Care Quality Commission will be inspecting Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust from the 14th September 2015. As part of this inspection, the CQC are holding a listening event for patients and voluntary and community groups on:

Tuesday 8th September 2015, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.

At Nottingham Voluntary Action Centre 7 Mansfield Road. Nottingham NG1 3FB

CQC welcome anyone who has an experience to share about treatment provided by this trusts and any of the services it provides* [please see below] to come along and talk to us about their experiences. share feedback on how improvements could be made. find out how the inspections will be carried out.

There is no need to register to attend one of the listening events. They are informal and you are welcome to come and go as you please. The meeting will open with a short introduction by the inspection team after which attendees can tell the inspectors about their experiences of care. There is also the opportunity to speak more privately if you prefer.

The CQC would like to give everyone the opportunity to share their experience. If you are unable to attend the listening event, whether you are an individual or a voluntary or community group, you can still send feedback or evidence about people’s care to hospitalinspections@cqc.org.uk
