Working with faith communities in civil protection

Cabinet Office has produced a guide for faith communities and local resilience forum partners who are involved in civil protection work.

Faith communities are increasingly recognised as significant partners in their localities and have a long tradition of responding to the needs of their local communities in times of crisis.

The Voluntary Sector Civil Protection Forum (VSCPF), together with voluntary sector partners and the Department for Communities and Local Government’s Resilience and Emergencies Division, has produced this booklet as a guide for faith communities and local resilience forum partners who work on civil protection.
