Criminal Justice Commissioning & Collaboration Training

NAVCA are running an interactive training day, exploring how collaboration could help you succeed in the criminal justice commissioning environment, in Birmingham on 18 February and Nottingham on 22 February.

The training is designed to examine the changes taking place in the criminal justice sector around commissioning and strategic decision making. It will help you to identify and respond to the challenges and opportunities these bring for your organisation.

The training will then move onto looking at collaboration; the purpose of it and how it can help your engagement in the new commissioning environment. It will examine consortia development as a response to delivering public sector contracts, including the different models, stages, possible benefits and risks that may arise from this type of collaboration.

The costs of the training is £30 for NAVCA and Clinks members and £40 for non-members. Delegates will receive free copies of the NAVCA publications Understanding Contracts and Pathways through the Maze: a guide to procurement law.
